Sue & Jess are a mother daughter team exploring the world of financial literacy. It all starts when you have a child and think… Wow, how do I save for college, pay for daycare, and my retirement, on this little paycheck! Well after doing somethings right, and learning from mistakes and getting though those challenging early years, life’s not bad… BUT how could I have accelerated this path? Can I help my adult child understand the importance of these little steps along the way? To do this Jess and I always talked about money. Some tough talks, some more hard facts, but always discussed it openly. But we started realizing this is not the case with most people, especially woman, both my age and hers! That needs to change! This site is for everyday woman like us looking to join a support community to become educated and motived to take steps to getting more comfortable with their financial future to fund their own FREEDOM and create wealth, whether that be in 5 years, ten years or 30 years down the road. Some things we will learn together, some things we may already know… The important thing is to start the dialog and have a place to ask questions, share thoughts and ideas.
